Happiness & Inner Strength
At the core of the whole Strength for Life initiative is a gentle, yet unyielding commitment to being true to Self and of developing a wisdom and understanding of the Self.
This embraces the appreciation of a series of innate skills and abilities and practices; such as a re-found ability to live in the moment, finding one's right work, career path and life path, an exploration of one's own potential, a sense of personal fulfillment, and such things as self belief, emotional balance and wellbeing, and authentic self-expression.
Whilst we have all experienced some of these things some of the time, the key is to make these approaches ingrained and ever present by commiting wholeheartedly to developing them consistently day by day.
As we completed our work on the first 'Strength for Life' CD, on the physical side of health and strength, it became abundantly clear that a practical, useable philosophy for happiness and inner strength was perhaps even more in demand.

With this awareness we set about identifying the keys to happiness, inner strength, and finding personal fulfillment and meaning in one's life, and this culminated with our recording of 'Happiness' in 2004, and this became the flagship and foundational base for our approach to achieveing all of these things.
The achievement of happiness and inner strength for everyone is at the heart of the purpose of our work with Strength for Life, and through our presentations, forums, articles and events we are constantly seeking to expand this growing, collective awareness, and we of course invite you to participate in any way you wish.
