At the heart of our philosophy of health, physical vitality, longevity and wellness is the art of listening to and hearing the body.

This is something which we can all develop very quickly, which can be enhanced and maximised with practice, and is actually innate in all of us.

Hearing and responding to the body and its needs, and acting upon that accordingly, is the prime key to physical strength and wellbeing.

As such a key message, this topic is also discussed in other clips, and elsewhere throughout our teachings. Indeed, we mention and re-iterate this message, and the importance of its power, whenever we can.
