The Strength for Life Discussion Forum
The next element of the Strength for Life features is the discussion forum, which provides the opportunity for all those who enjoy the website to talk and interact with each other for a valuable benefit, or simply for its own enjoyment.
Click here, or on the 'Forum' link at the very top of each page to enter the forum.
We have set up a forum to allow all those visiting the site to post their thoughts, comments, questions and well wishes for others to read and reply to.
Designed to have a supportive ethos, our forum is an open forum, meaning that it is both free to use, and that anyone can do so at any time, regardless of whether they have subscribed to the website, or not.
It also has the added interest that it may on occassion be possible to get a reply to your posting from one of the SfL founders, as we will be logging on whenever we can.
Using the forum is as simple as clicking on any of the title links to read a posting. Click on 'Reply' to respond with your own posting, or click on 'Post' to start your own brand new conversation or topic.
There is also a checkbox that you can tick if you wish to be automatically notified by email if anyone replies to your posting.
Embrace the Many Potential Benefits of Using the Forum

The main purpose of the forum is for all those visiting and using the Strength for Life website to exchange thoughts and engage in discussions on and around the various topics presented and discussed throughout the site.
In this way, individuals can delve deeper into particular areas, to shed some more light on them, or to expand on their current ideas.
Through chatting and interacting with others via the forum this is just one of the ways in which we can develop our understandings and put them into practice.
We may also be able to post requests for further information, or any other such requirement.
Choice of Screen Views
The first time you log onto the first forum page, the display you will see will be in what we call 'Thread' style.
This is ideal for seeing the chronological order of postings regarding the various topics.
However, you may choose to toggle back and forth between this view, and a 'Board' style view, should you wish to see the list of conversation titles more closely together for easier searching.
This is entirely a personal preference, and you may switch back and forth at will by clicking on the 'Switch to Threaded Style' and 'Switch to Board Style' links accordingly.
