Removing the Artifical Barriers
One of the first aims we wish to achieve with the Strength for Life programme is to be able to maintain a long, active, healthy life - a health span equal to our life span.
Perhaps the first key to physical strength for life is that of removing the artificial barriers. We start by developing an unhindered approach from which to build upon, and the mental approach and attitude which allows everything else to follow from that.
In this clip from the Strength for Life CD David talks about the origins of the artificial barriers which society has placed upon people and addresses the question of whether these barriers are real, or whether they are indeed unneccessary.
